I do not consider myself a person who might have a life coach, or at least I didn’t until Jen. I found myself mired and stuck, I was unhappy and unsure of the prudence of my current path but lacking the confidence to initiate change. Although I did not need therapy, I did need guidance. Jen provided me with that and more. She gave me perspective. Jen reminded me of my own power and drive and sent me on a path I may not have persued otherwise. As my life coach, Jennifer sent me on a life changing course and I am happier and ready for more. I couldn’t have done it without her!

Jennifer’s coaching has been such a great help to me. With her support I was able to find a way to answer my own questions, and get on the right path towards a successful business. She has been instrumental in helping me to feel confident about my decisions. Thank you Jennifer!

“Jen has a wonderful gift of being able guide people to their own insights. She knows exactly what questions to ask, when to ask them, and when to simply listen. Because of her gentle guidance, encouragement, and incredible insight, I am on track to accomplish a goal that I never thought possible. Thank you, Jen!”

I committed myself to walking the Portland Marathon before I ever really thought about what that meant. I was 41, stressed, overweight and ready to face a challenge that would test my physical endurance level. I had recovered from two major health scares and needed to prove to myself that my body could take more than what I was allowing it to do by living a very sedentary life. So I joined Jen and 5 others and begin the training process. The journey was amazing. Jen was there by my side every step of the way. Every question I had was answered. Jen found a way around the road blocks I faced. I never thought about breaking my training up and doing part on my lunch hour and part after work! She seemed to know when I needed to slow down, an extra nudge to get more miles in, or a slap on behind. Most importantly she reminded me that the marathon was my race. I could choose to walk it or run it. I was the one choosing the goal I wanted to meet. My goal was to finish the marathon and not be last. I did it! By letting me choose the goal and then guiding my journey, Jen helped me succeed. There is no doubt in mind that my next major goal, whether another marathon, a century ride or writing a book, will include Jen as my coach. I have 100% confidence in her and her ability to keep me motivated and on the right path.
